Change is a process. It begins with first identifying your motivation for change and ensuring that it is not contingent or dependent upon someone else embracing a change in their life, as well.
In today’s short video segment, I talk about the next step in the process – declaring what will be different in your life as it relates to this process of change.
This entire six-part series is designed to slow down the thought process in change to help provide clarity and focus around change. Change can be a complex, difficult process. By engaging in a deliberate thought process, navigating the chaos and distraction and frustration in change will be more manageable and increases the likelihood of experiencing or realizing the outcomes you have defined for your life.
